Here's my list:
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `sbl.spamhaus.org')dnl
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `relays.visi.com')dnl
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `bl.spamcop.net')dnl
FEATURE(`dnsbl', `relays.ordb.org')dnl

Once you've compiled the mc file, don't forget to restart sendmail.

Note that some of the lists are *very* subjective.  On more than one
occasion I've blocked Red Hat corporate mail because their servers ended
up on a black hole list.  spamhaus doesn't appear to have blocked any
legitimate mail at our office yet.
