I'll try and field this one; please correct me if I'm wrong or not
completely accurate.

IP Masquerade is not a package, but part of the kernel, assuming the
kernel was built with the appropriate options. If you're running a stock
system version RH 4.2 or older, IP Masquerade has _not_ been compiled into
the kernel. If you are running version RH 5.0, then IP Masq _is_ compiled
into the kernel.

Once part of the kernel, you can enable IP Masq. (It's part of the
Firewall stuff, but I'm not certain exactly what the relationship is.)

There is a mini-howto on IP-Masquerade in the /usr/doc/HOWTO/mini
directory, if you haven't found it before.

If you're using a RH 5.0 system, Linuxconf (a package for which there is
an RPM) can help you set it up, or you can edit the appropriate config
files yourself.
