In hosts.allow add:
ALL: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
in.telnetd: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
imapd: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
In hosts.deny:
ALL: ALL
However try using ssh instead of rlogin if you want to be secure.
