Hello Kenny!
I don't know about your .cf file, but I used original one supplied with RH5.0
plus IMAP package, updated later with one from Red Hat site. I had 550 error
for a while only because I wanted to have domain name in my address only
(without host). I found that this number can show up in various situations, so
you have to look for something else, that comes with this number.
If I may suggest something, just try to start with RH sendmail and IMAP
packages. If I understood correctly you use mail hub and your users just trying
to get mail from the hub either by pop3 or imap. If this works there is very
little you need to do to adopt it to you needs.
If you feel that I can help you, just ask
Mike
