I do have a problem transferring large files from my RH4.2Linux station to
the Novell server
The point is that I'm trying to set up a Linux backup server to run at night
and I need reliable transfer.
premises:
IPX compiled into the kernel (not module)
ncpfs 2.0.10
ipx_configure --auto_interface=on --auto_primary=on
ipx_interface eth0 802.2
ncpmount successful
But when copying a 29MB file, the copying process (cp or MidnightCommander)
randomly hangs.
I mean it may hang at the first attempt or the following ones.
any suggestions ?
(my USE-NET is off for a while)
