Ability to quickly research, learn, and scrutinize technical merits of various components is a must. - devtest and performance analysis. Quality and performance is always high in our mind. We have a highly dedicated test team with the most advanced test technology in place for high volume call testing in the company. But we must continue to advance the test technology to match new R&D advancement. We need folks with strong test experience in the dial area. - technical market research. We stay competitive by working closely with our marketing folks to understand emerging market forces and our competitor's positions. - customer, SE, and CA support. We ensure the customer is satisfied by providing direct and indirect support. Most of our customer support is accomplished by providing excellent training and support to the SE and CA folks. Strong communication and teaching skill is very useful here. - configuration design and tool development. Strong IOS configuration skills on dial features is highly desired.
