Raid-1 support?

Hello,

I am using RedHat-5 kernel 2.0.32.

I see in the kernel config options that Raid support can be enabled - If I
enable this option, how can I configure/manage/monitor a raid-1 array?

Any pointers to online docs would be greatly appreciated!
