I'm assuming you mean a program that will check the syntax of the HTML code.

Try using asWedit.  It is an HTML editor and syntax checker.  Unfortunately,
it will be getting out-of-date, because the developers are no longer putting
any time into it and will not release the source.

If enough of us ask, maybe they finally will.
