If my understanding is correct, the 'initscripts' packages only run during
bootup... right?  (unlike the findutils and textutils which run all the
time).  So unless a malicious user is logged on during then, it shouldn't
be an issue. 

More importantly, I don't have to upgrade them until I'm good and ready,
unless I plan on rebooting my system.  Is this correct.  Because I have
heavily customized my scripts and really do not want to have to rush
through such a thing again, but I usually go months between reboots...
