Dear friends,
I have a question. Using SCO and RH5, I set up the RH5 box to be on the
receiving end of remote printing requests for a printer on the RH5 parallel
port.
It works, but I noticed that it ( a dot matrix printer ) will print 10 or 15
lines, pause,
then print 10 or 15 more, pause, etc. Why does it pause? I want to test
samba
printing, but it wont let me in from my NT box, even after I use my correct
login and passwd for the RH5 box. Do I have to create the "guest" account
on the RH5 box in order for the NT box to get in ? I setup samba on a SCO
box
a long time ago, and simply set it up to allow all users to have PRINTER
access.
NOT disk access. How can I do this again ?

   Greg.
