I think you want to look at ipportfw. Look at:
http://www.monmouth.demon.co.uk/ipsubs/portfw-2.0.30.html
I haven't installed it myself as I don't feel comfortable enough to
patch the kernel to get it working. Maybe you're more adventurous
than I. If anyone else has more on how to do this I would be
interested in hearing about it. Especially how you set up to forward
an FTP server to an internal address.
