Hi Adam!
Have you recompiled the kernel at all? If so, are you sure that you
have IP Forwarding on in the kernel config?
If you do
# cat /proc/ksyms | grep -y forward
do you get something like...
001432d4 ip_forward_R8ce1fcf3
Apart from that, the only time I have seen problems is with routing
tables. From the sound of things you are using gated (assumption - but
multiple interfaces...) so I would see if you can simplify the gated
config in any way or set things up temporarily using static routes as a
test.
