Traditionally you'd paste your picture into the printout, take it to the
typesetter, and have it all phototypeset at 1300dpi or so. 

Alternately, look into a package called "epslatex", which allows you to
embed Postscript into your Latex documents. It comes with RH 5.0.  For TFM
look in /usr/lib/texmf/texmf/doc/latex/graphics for the (appropriately)
Postscript documentation on how to use it.
