There are several configuration files that get read during system boot.
See the /etc/rc.d/init.d directory to start...

Well, there should be no reason it is starting at bootup first of all.
Perhaps your talking about the realaudio server? Perhaps do something
like:
# rpm -qva | grep pnserver
then use "rpm -e pnserver" if its there. I really don't think its the
realaudio player is starting at boot time.
