Well, granted, the HOWTOs aren't always as explicit as we would like, but
if we had the time to teach you each and every step that needed to
be done, it would be merged with the HOWTO.

No wonder it takes you so long to get things done -- When I was in LV, I
played hookey from the conference I was supposed to attend only to go
gambling and check out the girls..

I guarantee you that by spending an hour figuring out the difference
between public-key and private-key encryption, and reading thru the
minimal ssh docs you will have this going.

And when you find a way to improve the documentation, submit it to the
HOWTO maintainer, and I'm sure he will merge it with the existing
documentation the next person will not have to go thru what you have..

But there is no substitute for reading documentation.
