I ran the setup with the "/net" option (to do a network install ), and did a customer 
install (including the help) . I then ran the setup from where i did the net install. 
The help seems to come up fine...

The install in my home directory is, but the net dist on the net isn't..

nope.. there's a help system but it isn't context sensative (as far as i could tell 
anyway)
