Pine can access a mailbox via POP (or IMAP, for that matter).  You have
to configure Pine to access a remote mailbox.  To do so, from the main
Pine screen, select [C]onfigure, [S]etup, then locate the option that
allows you to identify your mailbox.  Highlight the option and press
[?] for help on specifying a remote mailbox.

Another option is to use Fetchmail (see the fetchmail(1) man page) to
retreive the mail from the POP server and pass it to Sendmail on your
RHL system for local delivery.
