Not sure what you mean by "didn't write details anywhere." If that means you
have no idea what partition each one was on, good luck 'cause I don't have a
solution. If you mean you want to restore a fresh install and you know what
partitions those were on, simply redesginate them as before and when asked
about formatting other partitions, make sure they aren't selected for
formatting.
