CD writing software?

Can someone suggest a X-frontended, CD-R or CD-RW writing software?
Is there any pre-built RPM?  I am using a Plextor 14/32 (tray) SCSI
(UltraPlex) CD-ROM and a Ricoh 6201s 6x2x2x (caddy) SCSI CD-RW.

Any gotchas to watch out for?
