Bzzzt. Wrong. Thanks for playing. While I agree content is more
important than presentation, embedded HTML code when displayed by
non-capable news and mail readers makes the content extremely difficult to
read. It's akin to those toys you had as a child where a message is
imprinted in red ink and surrounding by lots of other colours -- SURE you
can pretty much read it, but unless you have the red-tinted plastic
filter, it's a pain in the a$$.
I'm quite comfortable with reading, and writing, in HTML. But the HTML
that is generated automatically is quite sloppy, containing lots of stupid
things that a human would never generate.
