Ladies and Gentlemen:
I had previously written to express my displeasure with the
Red Hat decision *NOT* to include the standard MULE features in Emacs
20, instead doing horrible Norwegian hacking to get rid of the support
for oriental languages. Well, not only that, there is no support for
Big-5 encoding in the Netscape RPM that came with the standard set-up.
Yes, I am being needlessly petulant, but I am very annoyed.
