I looked at wmconfig and it appears that it would work for previouse
versions, but the new version off my 5.1 CD does things differently.
Instead of reading everything from a config file, it dynamically builds
the start menu from what is in the directory tree under GNUstep's start
subdirectory (actually below the afterstep directory under GNUstep).
Some of these are empty files, but some seem to contain actual data,
so generating a dot file will not work. If I'm wrong please tell me.
