Install NT First. Get it up and running on the first drive.
Then install Linux. I used the Redhat 5.1 distrobution, and did not
have any problem.
Partition your second drive however you see fit. Make sure your root
partition is on the second drive.
When the install gets to part about where to put lilo, don't put it on
the master boot record. Put it on the first superblock of your root
partition.

Once the install is done, you can boot into linux from your install
disk....until you get the boot loader fixed.

Next step...go get a program called "bootpart" from
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/gvollant/bootpart.htm.

This is great little program (for DOS, Win95, or NT), that will read the
partitions on your hard drives, and (if run under NT), update the
boot.ini file that the NT boot loader uses to gets its configuration
from.

Let me know if you still have problems or questions.
