Well, the people doing RAID development use them (or at least they have in
the tests they have shown), and the 875 support was weak until recently.
My thoughts: Put your mail spool and home directory on a RAID1 partition.
You know the disk will fail only when a VP has been out of touch with his
email for 3 days. Perhaps use a 4GB (or smaller) disk for /, and use the
9GB for /var/spool and /home?
