Dear all, Is it possible that the last 2.2.19-7.0.1 kernel doesn't release the memory after a process kill? I had install this kernel on 4 machines and I observed the same problem. After kill some calculation all memory appears bufferized. Three of these machines have 750MB of RAM running under an AMD 1.2GHz processor, the other one is a PIII with 128MB RAM. Thanks in advance. -- \\\ // (0 0) ------------------------ooO-(_)-Ooo------------------------------- #============================#=====================================# | ENRICO MORELLI | email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | | * * * * | phone: +39 055 4574269 | | University of Florence | fax : +39 055 4574253 | | CERM - via Sacconi, 6 - 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI) - ITALY | #============================#=====================================# _______________________________________________ Redhat-devel-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-devel-list
