VMware lets you tell it where the kernel source is, so if you put it
on
/RHL/at/least/lets/you/have/a/separate/usrsrclinux/so/that/if/done/right/products/like/VMware/can/find/the/headers/of/the/running/kernel
it'll all be ok.
