i'm going to tell that user to read the RELASE-NOTES file, since i don't like 
to write something that was already written by redhat.

and it would be easier for the user read it on 
/usr/share/doc/redhat-release-7.0/RELEASE-NOTES than from the installation 
media, specially if that was an ftp server.

there's a place for reporting bugs in rawhide; so i suppose you want me to 
report bugs in rawhide.

all i'm saying is that it would be easier for me to find and report bugs if 
there was a changelog for it (like 
ftp://ftp.conectiva.com.br/pub/conectiva/beta/misc/ChangeLog).
