The following package doesnt' exist in the directory specified!
ftp://updates.redhat.com/7.0/SRPMS/php-4.0.4pl1-3.src.rpm
nor in ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-7.0/updates/SRPMS/
latest update is: php-4.0.3pl1-1.src.rpm
That apply even with the binary packages!
