It's fairly clear that a good number of people are in fact happy with MS 
offerings. The fact that yo and I aren't isn't relevant to them.

MS and RHI are in business to make money; to the extent they achieve that the 
businesses will be considered successful or not.

If I'm right? Didn't you check what I said in October? I've had this 
discussion before, and on that occasion I did check, and the scope for the 
list was wider than just what should be in a RHL distribution.
