Matt,

I don't use any specific distribution, I'm following rawhide,
therefore I beleive this list is appropriate. Am I wrong? Do you find
X-4.0.2 and kernel-2.4.0-testx/prerelease in the other distributions?

Maybe my question could be sent to some XFree list but the problem is
how to (re-)enable the Voodoo2 to work under X4 and kernel2.2/2.4.
There are no header files for 2.2 kernels in rawhide. As a
consequence, the rebuild of Device3Dfx running kernel 2.2.17 uses the
wrong header (2.4) files. On the other hand the 3dfx module does not
work under kernel2.4, see my posting.
