IEC152I-018 is a coded message, and is followed by some message text that is 
often enough.

It's an informational message from data management on OS|OS/VS|MVS|OS/390 
(this format goes back to the 60s), and 018 is a code.

If the text is inadequate, there's a manual to look it up in and which has a 
complete description of what the message means and what (if anything) should 
be done.

The first three letters identify the component, the number is just a sequence 
number, and I means it's an information message.

I'll leave it to JF to explain IEA101A.
