the pthread_mutexattr_setkind_np function declaration missing from pthread.h
although it's been included in /usr/lib/libpthread.{a,so} both on RH 6.2
(glibc-devel-2.1.3) and 7.0 (glibc-devel-2.1.94) what's more there is a
man page for this function (may be some other functions are also missing).
