I'm not sure if this can be done, but I've used UserIPAcct (see
Freshmeat) in the past to figure how much bandwidth different users in a
box use.

As bind uses a specific UID (RH6.2+), it might be possible to try
this.  Unfortunately, it requires a kernel rebuild.
