In particular, it gives ugly backtraces if you have a kickstart file that
worked just fine with RedHat 6.2.
Incompatible changes are bad enough, but these failures should be more
graceful and give more clue what's wrong.
Where can I get information on the format of a kickstart file for rawhide,
since it seems to be different. It's fun changing one line at a time, but I
don't have all day for this.

My sentiments exactly!!! Anaconda should be put up on sourceforge.net, so
some of these issues can be brought forward. ( And, more input from users
can be given as well )

-----

The first problem I had was that it didn't like
        network --bootproto dhcp
and apparently wants
        network bootproto=dhcp
-----

If you want to use DHCP, my experience with the new anaconda is to just
leave out the network line. Then, it automatically falls back on DHCP as
the method to get it's IP.

-----
Now it's complaining in some way about lang
It seems to have some kind of problem
with self.abbrevMap[lang])
and I don't know how to fix it.
-----

Use lang en_US
it worked for me....

Good luck,

Jeff
