hi,
is anybody who use socks with kerberos authentication on redhat linux 6.2 ???
we're able to configure socks to said it can authenticate with kerberos ie.:
in /etc/socks5.conf
auth x.y.z.w - k
permit k - x.y.y.w - - - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
is not enough. we don't would like to use socks with "normal" services (like
ftp, telnet..),
rather we'd like to use it with our server and clinet program.
is anybody has a working configuration (an rpm (or two) would be the best,
configuration and
compile options for kerberos and socks, version of kerberos and socks and.....).
we've got the same problem like:
http://www.socks.nec.com/mail/socks5/msg00912.html
we use redhat 6.2, kerberos krb5-1.1.1-21, socks5-1.0r10 --with-krb5.
thank you for your help in advance.
any help is welcome.
yours.
