I think that would be a pain.
However, a checklist of things that require attention would be a Really Good
Thing.
It should be added to each and every time something requiring attention is
added/updated, and be specific to what's installed. For example, if Samba's
installed, then it requires configuration and should be in the checklist. If
it's not installed, it does not need to be configured and should not be in the
checklist.
If it's upgraded, it needs to be in the checklist again.
Anything with configuration files in /etc is a candidate; not everything
requires attention.
The checklist should include the importance (samba, sendmail, print services
are essential for a new system, perhaps print services setup is merely
advisable after an upgrade), modutils may be important for a new system, can
probably be ignored on upgrades.
