I'm trying to build a kernel for a customized redhat
distribution. I am looking for information on how to
build the boot disk with an updated kernel. And also
build kernel RPMs for this custom distribution. Right
now I am using Redhat 6.2 as my base. Is there any
FAQs, or HOWTOs out there to help me figure this out?

at www.linuxdoc.org there is a wonderful boot/root disk howto. May I also
recommend the burning a redhat cd howto, the RPM howto and the LFS (Linux
>From Scratch Howto) - you might also find the from boot up to bash prompt
howto useful.
