Oh sorry, you're correct. I had this wrong impression that RPM's -F mode
would be a tad more flexible and I thought I had tested it in the past.
I consider this a design flaw of RPM. I'll file this in Bugzilla as
Request for Enhancement. Perhaps we'll see this one day :)
