Hiya,
are there any plans of implementing something like Debian suidmanager System
with RedHat? I regard that system as quite effective at giving the
administrator more control over suid files.
P.S. For those that don't know it: suidmanager is used by packages to
register their suid files. The administrator can later change modes (e.g.,
remove the suid bit) and when the next update package comes, that change
will be KEPT, instead of the normal RedHat behaviour of installing a suid
binary again.
