I know I can read the source to the installer and have started looking over it. However, I thought I'd ask here first and perhaps save myself some time, and maybe make fewer coasters. I was thinking that since the El Torito booting works by emulating a floppy, I should be able to put the ks.cfg in the floppy image and use ks=floppy. That was a no-go. I discovered the ks=file:/ option, and that looks the most promising. I tried putting ks files in the root of the floppy filesystem (DOS fs) and in the compressed RAM disk image, with no success in either case. I've also seen the option to specify drive information, but I don't this will work since I can't assume much about the system. Are there any more detailed documents about the kickstart and installation process? Wil -- W. Reilly Cooley, Esq.
