Everything sounds great except the emailing out of
passwords. Emailing passwords out is insecure. If having
passwords is important, then making sure that nobody sees them is
as well. I don't want someone pulling a practical joke on me
after seeing the password over my shoulder once a month..
Just my opinion of course... As long as someone can recover
their password off the web interface, then that should be good
enough I think.
Another thing to think about is that many of us will likely use
email to manage our lists like we have been all along. In this
case we don't need a password (or do we now?), so mailing it to
us is needless and only increases the chance of foulplay. Most
people I've met are careless with passwords. All it takes is one
or two incidents to cause trouble...
What does everyone else think about it?

I've overclocked my keyboard interface. It's quite messy dipping my
hands into the mineral oil, but *MAN* is my keyboard ever fast now!
