The Sender: header has "redhat-devel-list-admin" in it, so I
doubt that the second rule would do anything at all.  At any
rate, it appears that the list has been fixed a bit, but there
are still some issues..  I haven't had time to check up on what
they are yet though..  At least that annoying subject field is
gone..  The rest is minor compared...

Once I have a good look at the headers I'll post back either a
recipe, or a request for further header enhancement..
