Actually, it -is- a valid response: I can't use procmail here without
jumping through hoops setting up fetchmail and a local MTA, which then
makes my personal mail inaccessable from outside our internal network. In
other words, I can't use it.

That being said, *filing* of messages with Pine is a breeze, and that's
what I'm using for filing messages of particular types into subfolders But
I haven't set up any kind of content mangling (if Pine is even capable of
doing it), and would rather not get into it for one list (this one).

So, let me put in my vote: PLEASE get rid of that annoying subject
mangling.
