DNS help

Having great difficulty getting my DNS working!

Would it be possible for me to mail someone (off-list) my  
/etc/named.conf /etc/resolv.conf /var/named/* files?

I am more than willing to pay for this service. I think if someone can 
set me up with the first domain configured I should be able to carry on 
by example. It just needs that first hurdle clearing.
