umm... not quite, think of it as the CVS image of a distro. Those who
enjoy running production servers on code they did a CVS extract from
the head branch and compiled themselves will enjoy rawhide, it often
introduces that level of instability you miss after using Linux for
a while, with sometimes known to be conflicting code levels (i.e.
libc updated but file-utils not updated)
