I ran into an interesting "feature" when I tried to rebuild the LPRng-6.13-3
rpm now in rawhide using rpm -ba --clean ... by default, it required kerberos. 
And yet, the built binary DID NOT require kerberos.

Apparently, either the binary had been built with --define 'nokerberos 1' or
this was defined in the redhat site definitions.

It is difficult to requild stuff if we do not know what the build parameters
are.  IMHO, the binary should be built with the simplest command line entry
(except for --target stuff).  That is, anything besides rpm -ba --clean will be
confusing.
