Hi I am trying to configure the rdist
Looks like rdist uses rsh to copy the
files.
when I try rsh it asks for the password .
I want to do rsh, rlogin or rcp with out entering
the password. I am keeping the passwords same at both systems.
I have the following setup
/etc/hosts.allow ALL: ALL
/etc/hosts.equiv +
.rhosts +
Still I am prompted for the password. what am I
doing wrong ?
Appreciate your help.
