pgcc? Probably never.
gcc with new-ia32? As soon as it stabilizes. Try downloading the current
CVS snapshot and compiling anything more than a trivial application and
you'll see the reasons why it isn't there.

My guess (which does't mean anything except my estimation of the current
codebase, so don't take my word for it) is that it'll be 3-4 more months.
