Not necessarily kickstart from a CD might not be as smooth, but it should
be able to work via network and HDD.
If a user chooses a multiCD kickstart install, they accept the penalty -
no reason not to offer the choice.
OS/2 can install from a mile-high stack of floppies, from disk (including
CD) or from a network; no reason Linux can't do as well.
All modes can be automated, except for the act of shuffling floppies.
