First, apologies for the mangled reply previously. The Ctrl-C-Y was
typoed as Ctrl-X-Y.
What I was going to say before I changed my mind was that I agree with
John to some extent - kudzu has it's place, but it's also caused me
some problems. Specifically, it's auto-probing completely futzed the
serial console on my BX board.
Removing kudzu from the startup avoided the serial port being probed,
and then spewing out about 1 character a second.
Still - I guess as RH is aiming more and more at the casual user,
having hardware automatically setup is usually a boon for their
telephone support team.
